Doug Newton, born and raised in Kansas City Metro, started his career in plumbing in 1990 after graduating from Oak Park High School in 1989.

Expert Services From a Master Plumber

His time as a journeyman plumber offered the training and expertise to expand his skillset from new residential service to running large commercial projects and managing employees. Doug received his Master Plumbers license in 2019 and took a leap of faith by starting his own plumbing company for commercial and residential work in the Kansas City Metro Area.

Serving K.C. Metro For More Than 30 Years

In 2020, Doug decided to begin his journey as an independent plumbing company. Little did he realize he was doing this during one of the most significant pandemics globally, Coronavirus. He was blessed by word-of-mouth referrals which laid the foundation for what is today Essential Plumbing LLC. In 2021 his first year of business, he received runner-up for Best of K.C. Plumbing Company and Nextdoor 2021 Neighborhood Favorite Plumber! Doug has been servicing the greater Kansas City Metro for over 30 years. He looks to one day, one of his children will continue providing quality service and reasonable rates to their hometown.
